Saunderpot Depot

Saunderpot Depot is to be the new headquarters the Lake District National Park Rangers. The existing outdated prefab base in Haverthwaite is to be demolished and replaced with a new low carbon single-storey office development. Designed with low carbon at the forfront, the building will be heated using combination of solar energy and air source heat pumps, with the large south facing, overhanging mono pitch roof, harnessing the power of the winter sun, whilst shielding the end users during the summer.

Saunderpot Depot is currently on site. With a completion date set for Summer 2024.
